Fuzzy Cyst Clam Shrimp (Eulimnadia antlei) is a medium-sized (up to 4 mm) freshwater branchiopod that is distributed through the grasslands of the southern U.S.; in New Mexico they occur in the San Juan River basin. They are found in small, shallow temporary ponds, pools, playas and wetlands. Darkness and moisture are determining factors for egg development and hatching.
